摘 要:通过炉缸径向不同位置的风口焦炭的实际压差、焦炭粒度、孔隙度和渣铁体积等参数计算炉缸径向煤气流速度的变化情况,从而比较炉缸煤气流分布情况。分析炉喉十字测温边缘值/中心值、炉缸径向中心煤气流速度、高炉布料制度之间的关系,得出了炉喉十字测温边缘值/中心值与炉缸径向中心煤气流速度、布矿角度、矿角焦角差之间的经验回归公式。Based on data, involving the pressure difference of the tuyere coke in hearth located in different positions along radial direction, the coke granularity, the hole degree, and the volume of slag and iron, the change of the gas flow speed in the hearth along the radial direction is calculated, based on which the first gas flow distribution of the hearth is examined. Through analyzing the relationships among the brim and center value ratio of the throat cross temperature, the gas flow speed along radical direction, and the charging rules of BF, the regressive formula based on experience involving the brim and center value ratio of the throat cross temperature, the gas flow speed along radical direction, the charging angle, and etc is examined.
