摘　　要：介绍了首钢连铸小方坯钢帘线盘条的生产及质量控制措施，主要包括钢中有害元素、夹杂物、中心偏析及盘条表面质量的控制。另外，介绍了用户的使用情况及目前质量上存在的差距。The production practice and quality control of the wire rod for tire cord steel in use of continuous casting billet are introduced in this paper. The measures mainly include controlling harmful element, inclusion, central segregation and surface quality of wire rod. Furthermore, the end use results by customers and the recent quality problems are also presented.
