摘　　要：通过优化ML08Al冷镦钢的脱氧工艺，提高Als／[N]比值，采用钙处理控制钢中硫、铝、钙三者之间的比值，保证连铸工艺生产过程顺行，解决了轧材冷加工过程的开裂问题。Through optimizing the deoxidization process of ML08Al, increasing the Als/[ N] ratio, adopting the Ca-treatment in controlling the ration among S, AI and Ca, and guaranteeing the fluent production of continuous casting, the crack problem of the wire during cold-forming operation is solved.
