摘 要:乌江银盘省水船闸是我国第一座省水船闸,也是世界上水头最高的省水船闸。利用水量平衡原理,建立了银盘省水船闸运行数学模型,分析了灌、泄水结束后省水池水位与阀门启闭速度及阀门开启提前量的关系,获得了最优的阀门启闭速度和最佳的提前量。分析了提前量与总灌、泄水时间关系,适当增加提前量,可以明显缩短灌、泄水时间。针对不同阀门故障,提出了相应的对策。Yingpan water-saving lock in Wujiang River is the first water-saving lock in China and the one with the highest lift in the world. Based on the principle of water balance ,we established the mathematical mode for the operation of Yingpan water-saving lock. By analyzing the relationship among the water level of the saving basin after filling or emptying, valve's open-close duration and the advance water head when the valve is opened, we obtained the optimum valve open & close duration and advance water head. According to the analysis of the relationship between the advance water head and the total filling & emptying duration, it is concluded that the filling & emptying duration can be shortened greatly by increasing the advance water head properly. Countermeasures are put forward according to different valve failures.
