摘  要:采用双作用式液压缸提供负载,搭建了直线往复式磁力驱动器实验台.通过实验,讨论了静态、动态承载能力以及动态下的轴向力-内外磁环相对位移特性,总结出驱动器平稳工作的条件.实验结果表明:当内外磁环的磁特性和几何尺寸一定时,轴向力-内外磁环相对位移特性与滑块行程、频率和节流阀开度无关,为简化磁力计算提供了有力依据.We set up the test-bed of magnetic driver which reciprocate in line by using fluid cylinder to providing load. Static and dynamic carrying capacity are discussed, as well as dynamic relative placement characteristic of axial force and relative placement between outer and inner magnetic sleeves. The condition that magnetic driver works steadily is generalized. The conclusion shows that when the magnetic characteristics and dimensions of inner and outer magnetic sleeves are decided, the characteristic between axis force and the relative placement of inner and outer magnetic sleeves is irrespective with slide block stroke, working frequency and the opening of flow regulating valve, so it provides a forceful evidence for simplifying the calculation of magnetic force.
