摘　　要：度戒(瑶语称"斋塞")是瑶族在漫长的历史长河中创造并不断传承的独具特色的民族传统文化,度戒中使用的各种宗教经典和相关仪式承载着厚重的民族文化精神。通过复杂的度戒仪式,对即将走向社会的瑶族男子进行传统道德、社会责任、生活礼仪等方面的教育,对瑶族青年男子学习、传承和发展民族传统文化以及构建瑶族和谐社会关系具有积极的促进作用。Dujie （Zaishe in Yao）, a distinctive ethnic traditional culture was created and passed down by Yao people during the long period of history. Various religious books and rites used in Dujie carry ethnic cultural spirit. The systematical ceremonial infuses traditional moral, social responsibilities, etiquettes and culture into the young men of the Yao before they go out in the world. Dujie plays a positive and promotive role in studying, young men of Yao people＇s study, inheriting and developing ethnic traditional culture and constructing a harmonious Yao society.
