摘  要:通过对淤灌农田土壤生物活性的研究看到:各种植物残体、厩肥和垃圾肥对土壤的生物活性都有明显的刺激作用,对土壤呼吸强度的变化快捷短暂,15d左右出现峰值;土壤酶活性可以较长时间保留下来,一季作物后施厩肥土壤转化酶、脲酶、碱性磷酸酶活性分别比原土增加36.6%、11.3%和65.8%。连续3年施用有机肥,土壤酶活性与无肥区差距不断加大,其中脲酶的累积效果明显。还田植物残体由于成分的差异对各种酶活性的影响也不一致。秸秆的酶促作用大于根茬,含热水溶物较多的高粱秸、玉米秸强烈促进了转化酶活性提高;Soil biological activity was changed obviously after applying plant residue,manure and garbage in warping field.Soil respiration intensity got to the maximun in about 15 days and soil enzyme activity could be kept for a long time.In comparison with the control,activity of soil invertase,urease and alkaline phosphatase of applying manure increased by 366%,113% and 658% respectively after a growing season,the difference increased gradually in 3 years and accunulated effect of urease was the most significant.The influence on enzyme activity from different plant residue was different,and it was more obvious in plant stalks than in roots.The corn and sorghum stalks could promote invertase activity,and the beanstalk is benefitcial to phosphatase.
