摘　　要：为提高石化设备抵御高硫原油的腐蚀,中国石化集团组织开发高等级合金材料。在分析国内外高等级合金材料的基础上,详细介绍国产825高合金材料的国产化技术开发、材料研制技术条件及其生产工艺方案、质量评定试验结果,并对其社会效益和经济效益进行了分析。In order to enhance the corrosion resistance of petrochemical equipments, the high-grade alloy materials are developed. The research and development of 825 high-alloy materials have been described in respect of research and development of domestic manufacturing technology, conditions of technology development and material manufacturing processes, quality evaluation and testing, etc. Both social and economic benefits are analyzed.
