摘 要:寿命周期成本管理和状态检修,是电力系统中进行资产管理的两大工具。对运行中的设备而言,设备风险评估是能够有效结合这两者长处的关键手段。如何计算设备风险值和进行风险决策是风险评估的难点问题。为此结合已有成果并在设备状态评估的基础上,提出了设备风险的4个基本组成部分,即设备损失、人身环境损失、电力系统损失和社会损失的计算方法,并给出了基于货币指标的设备风险分析模型,最后根据经济成本合理性作出了维修决策。Life Circle Cost(LCC) and Condition Based Maintenance(CBM) are 2 important tools to achieve Asset Management(AM) in power system. Risk assessment for running equipment is an effective method to combine both their advantages. How to calculate the risk value and how to make risk decision are 2 most difficult problems. This paper proposes the risk assessment method based on former work and condition assessment result of equip- ments. Equipment loss, safety and environment loss, system loss and social loss are included. Then a risk model based on monetary indices is built. Finally maintenance decision is made by the benefit and cost.
