实验克汀病大鼠几项生化指标的观察

摘　　要：作者观察用0.5％NaClO_4饮水复制克汀病大鼠几次生化指标。实验克汀病大鼠某些表现与人类克汀病相似。实验大鼠甲状腺相对重量和血清TSH水平明显高于对照组;血清T_4水平和肝脏α-GPD活性明显低于对照组,证实实验大鼠机体处于甲状肿腺功能低下状态。实验大鼠下丘脑5HT,5HIAA和5HIAA/5HT明显高于对照组证实了下丘脑组织中5HT系统在甲状腺低功条件下代谢旺盛。而另一方面,这种神经介质代谢的变化可能是神经克汀病某些异常行为的生化基础。The experimental cretious rat drinking 0.5％ sodium perchlorici was observed and some aspects of the experimerntal rat wese similas to those of human cretinism. Thysoid relative weight and levels of sesum TSH of the experimental rat wese highes than those of the control and levels of sesum T_4 and activity of hypatic α-GPD wese lowes than those of the control. Itindicated that the experimental rat was at sesious hypothysoidism. The levels of hypothalamus 5HT. 5HIAA and the ratio of 5HIAA 5HT in the experimental rat wese highes than those of the control, which showed that 5HT metabolism of hypothafamus on hypothyroidism was incoeased and otheswise, Changes of the neurotratsausmattes may be biochemical basis of some abnomal behaviour in nourocretinism patients.
