两种液体单纯低温储存兔肾皮质薄片的比较实验研究——近端小管的超微结构观察

摘　　要：本文比较两种液体单纯低温储存兔肾皮质薄片的效果。结果表明:对较长时间的储存来说Belzer氏液在维护肾小管上皮细胞完整性方面比Collins氏液好。Rabbit kidney cortex slices were stored under hypothermia in either Collins' or Belzer's solution from1 hour up to 72 hours. The ultrastructur of proximal tubules from the preserved slices were observed and analyzed by stereological methods. The investigation showed that up to 94 hours of preservation there were only minor changes with either ofthe two solutions. However,after longer period(up to 72 hours)the ultrastructure appeared to be better preserved in the Belzer's solution as compared with Collins' solution.
