学术论文“文后参考文献”的作用探究

摘　　要："文后参考文献"(简称参考文献)是科研工作的基础和起点,也是评价科研成果的一个参照系。参考文献著录量的多少、时效性、是否被正确引用和标注等,是科技期刊质量高低的重要标志之一。参考文献既是国家标准和学术质量要求的规范,又是论文作者学术道德和学术水平的重要体现;既是期刊编辑进行论文初审、把关和鉴审的重要内容,也是同行专家对学术论文进行学术创新性评审的参照内容和重要依据。探究参考文献的作用,对于科技期刊有关技术指标的强化和学术影响力的提高具有现实意义。Bibliographic references （references） are the foundation and beginning of scientific research, and are also the frame of reference of scientific research results. The number, timeliness and correct quotation and marking of references are the important standards. References are national standards and academic quality norms, the important embodiment of authors＇ academic moral and level, the important content for journal editors to evaluate the papers, and the referential content and important basis for experts＇ academic creativity evaluation on academic papers. Researching on the function of references is of practical significance to strengthen related technical indicators of sci-tech journals and improve the academic influence.
