壳聚糖整理对棉织物尺寸稳定性的影响

摘　　要：对壳聚糖整理后棉织物的洗涤尺寸稳定性进行了研究。研究表明,壳聚糖整理后织物的洗涤缩水率都明显减小,并且具有与树脂可比的整理效果,说明壳聚糖在对棉织物实行抗菌整理时,还具有洗涤尺寸稳定的整理效果。从本文的实验条件看,0.5%-1.0%的壳聚糖浓度是比较适宜的整理浓度。In this paper, the washing dimensional stability of cotton fabric treated with chitosan is studied. The findings show that the washing shrinkage is decreased greatly if the cotton fabric has been treated with chitosan, and the effect is comparable to that treated with resins, which explains that the cotton fabric treated with chitosan can not only achieve antibacterial character, but also obtain stable washing size. We also conclude from the experimental condition that the best density of chitosan solution is from 0.5% to 1.0 %.
