对房产测量坐标系统选择的探讨——以益阳市为例

摘　　要：坐标系统的合理选择是进行房产测量时首先应解决的问题.从影响房产测量坐标系统选择的2个方面出发,总结出了房产测量可能选用的坐标系统;根据益阳市的地理位置和平均高程,指出了益阳市房产测量可以选择的3种坐标系统,并且进行了比较.The question which coordinates system＇s reasonable choice should be first solved when real estate survey carries on. This article embarks from the influence real estate survey coordinates system choice＇s two aspects, it summarizes the coordinates system which the real estate survey possibly selects; According to Yiyang＇s geographical position and the average elevation, it proposed the Yiyang real estate survey may choose three kind of coordinates systems that has carried on the comparison.
