CO_2激光联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗尖锐湿疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察CO2激光联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法:将225例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为两组,CO2激光联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗组,先用CO2激光击割疣体,后用卡介菌多糖核酸注射液2ml,隔日1次肌注,共用9次为一疗程;对照组仅在局麻作用下用CO2激光治疗。结果:联合治疗组一次治愈率为87.1%,对照组为57.8%,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:CO2激光联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗尖锐湿疣优于单独应用CO2激光治疗。Objective： To observe the efficacy of CO2 laser plus BCG-PSN Injection in the treatment of condyloma acuminta. Methods： Two hundred and twenty-five patients were randomly divided into two groups, one （treatment group） with CO2 laser plus BCG-PSN Injection and the other （control group） with CO2 laser only. Results： The one time cure rate were 87.1% for treatment group and 57.8% for control group, there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： CO2 laser plus BCG-PSN Injection is more effective than CO2 laser only in treating condyloma acuminta.
