WSH-1催化剂在炼厂污水场废气治理中的应用

摘　　要：介绍WSH-1催化燃烧催化剂在炼厂污水场隔油池等废气治理中的应用情况。工业应用结果表明:在适宜的工艺条件下,净化后气体中非甲烷总烃浓度低于168μL/L,符合国家排放标准,非甲烷总烃去除率在95%以上。与国外参比剂对比,WSH-1催化剂的活性和稳定性与之相当,达到了国外先进水平,但价格明显降低。WSH-1 catalytic combustion catalysts applied to treat organic exhaust gases emitted from the oil separator etc.in petrochemical refineries were introduced. Commercial application showed that under suitable technological conditions,non-methane total hydrocarbon(NTHC) of the effluent gases after purified was less than 168μL/L with met national emission standard,and the removal of NTHC was greater than 95%。The activity and the stability of catalyst WSH-1 were corresponded to the international catalysts, reaching the international advanced level but lower price.
