摘 要:为了配合催化裂化汽油选择性加氢脱硫工艺,对石家庄炼厂MIP全馏分汽油的分馏切割点和汽油轻馏分的醚化进行了试验研究。结果表明,为使产品汽油硫含量满足欧Ⅳ排放标准的同时尽可能避免辛烷值损失,全馏分汽油的分馏切割点应不高于65℃;汽油轻馏分中含有的C_5活性烯烃可以与甲醇进行醚化反应生成甲基叔戊基醚,在一定的试验条件下C_5活性烯烃的总转化率可以达到90%以上。醚化提高了轻馏分的RON,弥补了脱硫造成的重馏分RON损失,可以使硫含量满足欧Ⅳ排放标准的汽油产品RON损失从0.9个单位降为0,同时烯烃含量也有较大幅度的降低。The distillation cut point of full range MIP gasoline from Shi Jia Zhuang refinery and etherification process for light fraction of gasoline were experimentally studied to cooperate with selective hydrodesulfurization process of FCC gasoline.The results showed that the distillation cut point of full range gasoline should not be above 65 degrees centigrade for the sake of obtaining the lowest possible octane number loss of gasoline product whose sulfur content satisfying EuroⅣEmission Standard.Etherification of 5 carbon tertiary olefins in the light fraction of gasoline to tertiary amyl methyl ether was conducted in the fixed bed reactor and the catalytic distillation column. The total conversion of 5 carbon tertiary olefins exceeded 90%in the suitable situation.The RON increase of the etherified light fraction of gasoline could cover the RON decrease of the hydrodesulfurized heavy fraction of gasoline.Through etherification,the RON loss of gasoline product whose sulfur content satisfying EuroⅣEmission Standard reduced from 0.9 unit to zero,and the olefin content of gasoline product also decreased significantly.
