肝癌及其他肝病患者血清脂蛋白(a)水平分析

摘　　要：目的检测肝病患者血清脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]的水平,分析在不同程度肝细胞损伤情况下的Lp(a)表达规律。方法采用透射比浊法测定36例肝癌患者、28例中度肝硬化患者、68例慢性肝炎患者及60名健康对照者的Lp(a)水平,并对不同程度肝炎患者进行分组分析。结果各组肝病患者的Lp(a)水平均低于健康对照组(P<0.05),而各肝病组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);慢性肝炎组轻、中、重度间比较,轻度和重度Lp(a)水平差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Lp(a)水平与年龄无明显相关性(r=0.055,P=0.439),Lp(a)水平在不同性别人群中的表达无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Lp(a)是肝脏损伤的间接指标,评价血清Lp(a)水平有助于评估肝脏疾病的肝功能,同时血清Lp(a)可作为临床判断肝细胞损害程度的指标之一。Objective To study the level of serum Lp （a） in patients with hepatic disease and the Lp （a） expression rule in different degree of hepatocyte damage. Methods The levels of Lp（a） in 36 liver cancer patients, 28 midrange cirrhosis patients, 68 chronic hepatitis patients and 60 healthy controls were determined by the method of velocity, and the Lp （a） level in different stage hepatitis patients was analyzed. Results The levels of Lp （a） in patients with liver disease were lower than that in healthy controls （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was not difference among patients with liver cancer, cirrhosis and chronic hepatitis （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The level of Lp （a） in mild chronic hepatitis was higher than that in severe chronic hepatitis （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was not correlation between the Lp （a） level and age （ r = 0. 055,P = 0. 439）, and there was not significant difference between men and women （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions The serum levels of Lp （a） may be one of the independent indicators for clinical judgment of liver cell damage.
