摘　　要：通过对传统电费缴纳模式弊端的分析,提出了基于smart client架构的自助服务模式,阐述了其智能更新工作策略,详述了自助模式系统的分析、设计和技术实现等。实际反馈结果显示:基于smart client架构的自助模式集成了Web服务,降低了维护成本,提高了工作质量,具有良好的可行性和广阔的应用前景。Aim at the disadvantages of traditional electricity cost pattern, a self-service model based on the smart client architecture is proposed. The ＂intelligent update＂ strategies are illustrated as well. The complete process of self-service model system is given including requirement analysis, project design and technical implementation. The opera- tional feedback shows that the self-service model integrating Web services based the smart client architecture is manifested with favorable feasibility and wide application prospect in reducing maintenance cost and improving work quality.
