摘　　要：本文探讨了国家在俄罗斯动画产业发展中的作用问题。苏联解体后,俄罗斯动画业开始了商业化转型。在商业化初始阶段,国家的全面退出导致动画产业陷入困境。另一方面,由于国家控制的消除,俄罗斯动画艺术风格更加自由、多元。目前,俄罗斯动画业的商业化水平不高,对国家扶持的依赖性很大,国家再次介入,给予财政扶持,使其良性发展。此外,俄罗斯动画片在国际市场上的缺位与该国家对外传播力量的不足有关。从俄罗斯的事例得出,动画产业在形成初期需要国家扶持。This paper discusses the role of the state in the development of animation industry in Russia. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, The complete withdrawal of the state from the animation led the industry into a difficult position while encouraged more free and diverse styles. At present, the industry is still not highly commercialized and depends on a lot of state support. Russia＇s example indicates that the early development of animation industry needs support from the state.
