摘  要:研究3种低温缓蚀剂在常减压装置"三顶"冷凝冷却系统腐蚀环境中的缓蚀效果及影响因素。研究结果表明,3种缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能依次为HS03≈E1573>HS401KM,缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能随缓蚀剂质量分数和腐蚀体系pH值的升高而增加,腐蚀体系中H_2S的含量对缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能影响不大。另外通过电化学测试研究发现,添加缓蚀剂后,腐蚀体系的自腐蚀电位发生正移,缓蚀剂对碳钢腐蚀反应的阴极、阳极过程都有所抑制;3种缓蚀剂对阴极和阳极腐蚀电流密度的降低幅度依次为E1573≈HS03>HS401KM。The inhibiting effect and factor of three inhibitors in H2S - HCl - H2O environment were investigated. The experimental results indicated that the inhibiting performances of three inhibitors are in the order of HS03 ≈E1573 〉 HS401KM. The inhibiting performance of inhibitor increases with the increase of inhibitor concentration and pH in corrosion system. The H2S content in corrosion system has little impact on the iuhibiting performances of inhibitors. In addition, the electrochemistry results showed that inhibitor can inhibit the cathode and anode of carbon steel corrosion reaction and their inhibiting performances are in the order of E1573 ≈HS03 〉 HS401KM.
