摘　　要：教学资源库是构筑于校园网基础上的沟通教、学、管理三者之间的桥梁。建立科学、规范、符合新疆高校的教学资源平台,对于新疆各高校课程开发、课程建设、教学资源共享等有着非常重要的意义。笔者结合新疆职业大学教学资源库建设的实践,从设计思想、设计原则、功能模块设计及技术方案方面对比进行论述。Teaching Resource Library is to build a bridge between campus network and the communication on the basic of teaching,learning,management Establishing a platform which is scientific, standardized, and consistents with the edueational resources of colleges and universities in Xinjiang is very important for curriculum development, curriculum construction, teaching and other resource-sharing of collages and universities in Xinjiang. According to the practices of teaching resources library in Xinjiang Vocational University, the author analyzes this from these factors： designing thoughts, designing principles, functional Modules for design and lechnology strategy.
