摘 要:目的研究肌电生物反馈对高血压前期患者血压及心率变异性(HRV)的影响。方法观察分析12例进行生物反馈放松训练的高血压前期患者与12例对照者血压值及HRV的时域指标与频域指标。结果与对照组相比,生物反馈组的收缩压下降趋势显著(P<0.05),且至少可以维持6个月,心率下降趋势较显著(P<0.05),SDNN和HF有明显升高的趋势(P<0.05),LF和LF/HF明显降低(P<0.05)。结论肌电生物反馈可以使高血压前期患者的血压降低至理想范围,其机制可能主要与HF升高、副交感神经的兴奋性增高有关。Objective To study the effect of electromyographic biofeedback on the blood pressure and heart rate variability (HRV) of prehypertensives. Methods Blood pressure and the parameters of HRV were compared in 12 cases of prehypertensires who carried out the electromyographic biofeedback and 12 cases of controls. Results In the biofeedback group, the decrement of systolic pressure was lower significantly(P〈0.05) ,and could last at least 6 months. The decrement of heart rate, LF and LF/HF of the biofeedback group were lower significantly(P〈0.05). SDNN, HF of the biofeedback group were significantly higher than those of control group respectively(P〈0.05). Conclusion Electromyographie biofeedback could decrease the blood pressure of prehypertensives to ideal range. It may mainly result from the increase of the excitement of the parasympathetic nerve which is represented by the increase of HF.
