摘 要:目的了解河南省中专卫校教师疲劳现状,探索导致教师疲劳状态发生的危险因素。方法以河南省6所中专卫校的434名专职教师为调查对象,采用《中等职业学校教师职业压力问卷》、《疲劳评定量表(FAD》、《WHO-5生活质量问卷》、《特质应对方式问卷》分别测定职业压力、疲劳程度、生活质量、应对方式等研究指标,用SPSS11.0软件包进行录入和分析。结果教师的总体疲劳发生率为40%;35-54岁年龄组的教师疲劳发生率最高,其次是55岁以上年龄组,且35岁以上的两个年龄组与35岁以下年龄组的比较差异均有统计学意义;男教师疲劳感高于女教师,差异有统计学意义;疲劳的主要危险因素包括周学时、消极应对、工作压力等。结论教师的疲劳状况不容乐观,社会应给予关注,减轻对教师的压力,学校应积极采取各种针对性的干预措施,提高教师队伍的健康水平。Objective To investigate the prevalence and risk factors in the teachers of fatigue status in secondary health school of Henan province. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 434 teachers from six secondary health schools in Henan province. Secondary vocational school teachers occupational stress questionnaire, fatigue assessment instrument (FAI), WHO-5 quality of life questionnaire, trait coping style questionnaire were adopted to measure research indicators: their occupational stress, fatigue, quality of life, coping style and so on. Then SPSS 11.0 package was conducted to entry and analyze. Results Forty percentage teachers were under fatigue condition. The occurring rate of fatigue status was the highest in the teachers of 35-54 ages group, the teachers of more than 55-year-old age group took second place, and they were all significantly higher than the rate in less than 35-year-old age group. The occurring rate of fatigue status in male teachers was significantly higher than that of female teachers. Risk factors included week hours, negative coping, work stress and so on. Conclusion The health condition of teachers is not optimistic. Society should give more love and care to the teachers. Intervention measures have important meanings to prevent fatigue status of teachers.
