摘  要:生物反馈技术在医学领域的应用日趋广泛,但其内在的生理机制尚未完全阐明,本文运用热力学第二定律熵原理并将其与控制论原理相结合,试图阐释人体生物反馈的内在稳态机制,提出利用减缓积熵的增加来调节生物体内部的相对有序稳定,是生物反馈治疗的重要内核,为生物反馈疗法在临床上的应用提供了新的理论依据。Objective Despite the application of biofeedback techniques in the field of medicine turns popular increasingly, its intrinsic physiological mechanism has not been explored and explained clearly. Using entropy theory derived from the second law of thermodynamics with cybernetics principle, we intend to discuss and explain the homeostatic mechanism in the physical biofeedback. The article also suggests that we could decrease the accumulation of positive entropy to regulate the relative order and stability within living organism, which is supposed to be the vital core content in process of the biofeedback therapy and provides a new rationale for its utility in the clinical medicine.
