摘　　要：目的对超声在结节性甲状腺肿中的诊断价值进行再探讨。方法比较分析132例经手术病理证实的结节性甲状腺肿的超声图像，从结节的数量、边缘形态、内部回声及血流情况等方面予以分析。结果结节性甲状腺肿典型声像图特征表现为：多发结节，结节多伴囊性变，边缘模糊，血流稀少。结论结节性甲状腺肿声像图具有一定的特征性，但应注意与腺瘤等疾病进行鉴别。Objective To explore diagnostic value of ultrasonography in nodular goiters. Methods A total of 132 patients with nodular goiters were confirmed by pathology and surgery, then their sonograms were compared and analyzed. The nodulous number, edge appearance, internal echo and blood flow were observed. Results The typical sonogram features of nodular goiter were ： multiple node with cystic lesion , unclear edge and poor blood flow. Conclusion The sonograms of nodular goiters have typical features, and we should pay attention to the differential diagnosis with adenoma.
