摘 要:在将中亚以东南,即东亚、南亚、东南亚家牛划分为“蒙古利亚”、“中间”、“南岛”三大集团的既有研究结论的基础上,根据群体遗传学原理和模糊集合理论,论证了这一地域家牛血统的三个判别式;以9个已知群体3个基因座18个等位基因频率的实例对这些判别式进行了验证。根据验证结果,确认了其中最理想的判别式;并检查以该式判别两个未知群体血统的结果是否符合已知的畜牧学逻辑。在该式的论证中,从遗传学、数学的角度,将1—线性遗传模糊度定义为“遗传贴近度”,即:(I~,X~)=1-ξ(I~,X~)=1-2K∑kj=1|μI~(pj)-μx~(pj)|其中,μI~(pj)为第j等位基因对第i已知集团的隶属函数,μX~(pj)为第j等位基因对受判别的X群体的隶属函数,亦即该基因分别在第i集团和X群体中的频率;K为所依据的等位基因数;ξ(I~,X~)为线性遗传模糊度。该式也适用于其它遗传标记。结果肯定,群体与已知集团之间的遗传贴近度是血统判别的可靠根据。おn the basis of conclusions of a former research,in which the native populations of cattle in east and south of Central Asia ieEast,South and Southeast Asia have been divided into 3 major groups viz“Mongolian Group,”“Intermediate Group”and “Southern Islands Group”,according to both principles of the population genetics and theory of fuzzy set,3 discriminants for extraction of cattle populations in these regions are demonstratedThese discriminants are verified with examples as data about gene frequencies of 18 alleles from 3 loci in 9 known populations The Best one from these discriminants is determined in line with the result of verification,and it is checked whether the outcome judged two unknown populations by this discriminant conform to known logic of animal scienceIn course of the demonstration of this discriminant,the genetic approach degree is given a definition as remainder which is 1 minus the linear genetic fuzzy degree,mathematically and genetically,that is (I~,X~)=1-ξ(I~,X~)=1-2K∑kj=1|μI~(pj)-μX~(pj)|Where μI~(pj)is the menbership function of allele Noj to known group Noi,μX~(pj)is that of allele Noj to distinguished population x,viz,the gene frequencies of allele j in group i,in population x respectively;k the number of allele;ξ(I~,X~)the linear genetic fuzzy degree;Of course,the formular can be extended to other genetic marksAs the result,it is approvedthat the genetic approach degree between population and known group is reliab
