摘　　要：本文从动物实验室的运行特点和管理人员的工作任务出发,对动物实验室的量化管理进行了探索。主要论述了在工作过程中运用量化管理法进行饲养管理和条件保障工作,从而有效地调动职工工作的积极性和主动性,促进动物实验室服务质量的提高。According to its operation characteristic and administrative personnel＇s work mission, we explored the quantitative management in animal laboratory. We mainly elaborates the importance of quantitative management in the raising management and the condition supplying in the working process, consequently arousing the enth.usiasm and the initiative effectively in which the staffs work and promoting the enhancement of the animal laboratory＇s service.
