可调脉宽倍频Nd∶YAG 532nm激光治疗红色增生期瘢痕的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨可调脉宽倍频Nd∶YAG 532 nm激光治疗红色增生期瘢痕的疗效。方法红色增生期瘢痕患者90例,120处瘢痕,以可调脉宽倍频Nd∶YAG 532 nm激光治疗,激光脉宽20～40 ms,能量密度24～40 J/cm^2,光斑直径3 mm。治疗后分别对手术切口条形瘢痕和挫伤及烧烫伤后片状瘢痕的治疗效果进行评价。结果红色增生期瘢痕每次治疗后症状和体征均减轻,4次治疗后手术切口条形瘢痕的显效率为96.0%,总有效率为100.0%;挫伤及烧烫伤后片状瘢痕的显效率为70.0%,总有效率为90.0%。结论可调脉宽倍频Nd∶YAG 532 nm激光治疗红色增生期瘢痕的疗效良好。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of variable pulsed Nd ： YAG 532 nm laser treating red scars in hypertrophic stage. Methods Ninety patients with 120 scars were involved. Treatment parameters of laser were variable（ pulsewidth：20-40 ms,energy fluency：2240 J/cm^2, diameter：3 mm）. The effective rate was evaluated to the strip scars in the operative incisions and the lamellar scars in the contused or burned wounds. Results The signs and symptoms of red scars were relieved afer treatment. The effective rate and curative rate after 4 times of treatment were 100. 0% and 95.0% to the strip scars and, 90. 0% and 70. 0% to the lamellar scars respectively. Conclusions Treating red scars in hypertrophic stage with variable pulsed Nd：YAG 532nm laser is effective.
