应用优化脉冲技术脱除多余体毛96例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察优化脉冲技术（optimal pulse technology,OPT）脱毛的效果和安全性。方法使用能量密度为17～23 J/cm^2,波长640～1200 nm、695～1200 nm OPT对96例患者不同部位的多余体毛进行脱除,分析其疗效及其与脱毛部和脱毛次数的相关性。结果经过2～7次治疗后,脱毛的总有效率为97.9%;疗效与治疗次数成正比,与治疗部位相关。结论OPT脱毛具有光斑覆盖面大,每次治疗光斑次数相对减少,治疗时间缩小;疼痛较轻,治疗后的反应期短,并发症少,安全性好,脱毛效果良好;是一种安全高效的新的脱毛治疗手段。Objective To observe the effect on depilation and safety of optimal pulse technology （OPT）. Methods To carry out clinical treatment on 96 cases for depilation at different parts of the body using OPT at 17-23 J/cm^2, and wavelength of 640-1 200 nm or 695-1 200 nm, and analyze the effect of therapy. Results After 2-7 times of treatments, the total effectiveness of depilation was 97. 9%, and was proportionate with times of treatment, and relevant sites for treatment. Conclusions OPT has many advantages, for example ： it has large light spot size and large coverage area; the number of spots in each treatment is comparatively lower; it is less painful in treatment, the reaction period after treatment is shorter, less complicating disease, and safer. OPT offers better depilation effect, and is a safe and effective new method for depilation treatment.
