摘  要:1.44μm波长激光是掺钕钇铝石榴石(Nd∶YAG)激光的输出波长之一,具有水吸收系数高,组织切割能力强,一定凝固、止血作用,其设备制作简便、使用便利、安全,可光纤传输等特点。笔者在综述1.44μm波长激光产生与特性基础上,重点回顾了该波长激光在神经外科、骨科、耳鼻喉等学科基础研究与临床应用研究方面的成果。通过文献综述发现,尽管1.44μm波长激光已发现三十年,初步研究显示该激光具有广阔医学应用前景,但应用基础与临床研究方面均缺乏系统、科学的研究试验结果与报告,缺少量效关系方面数据。开展1.44μm波长激光的研究,具有广阔前景和深远意义。The 1. 44 μm wave-length laser is one of the output wave-lengths of the Nd : YAG laser,with the characteristics of high water absorption coefficient, strong ability of tissue incision, solidification and hemostasis function, simple equipment manufacturing, convenient and security use, fiber optic delivery, etc. On the basis of discribing the laser's creation and characteristic, this article emphasizes on recalling the achievements which were got from the aspect in basic research and clinical application of the laser, such as neurosurgery, orthopedics, otorhinolaryngology,etc. By perusing the literatures and reviews, we can found the 1.44 μm wave-length laser had already been discovered for 30 years and the initial research showed that the laser had the broad prospects for medical application, but there were little systemic and scientific results and reports in the aspects of basic and clinical research, and little data of quantity effect relation. Evolving the research for 1.44 μm wave-length laser will have broad prospects and profound meanings.
