摘  要:本试验研究了高温对鸡血清血糖(GLU)、胆固醇(CHOL)、总蛋白(TP)、清蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLOB)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、和血浆三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)等11项血液生理生化指标的影响,分析了耐热力(HSST)与耐热指数(IHT)及11项血液生理生化指标的相关,探讨了以上指标作为耐热指标的可能性。结果表明:1.体温对环境温度的直线回归系数K为0.076,致死时间(HSST)与耐热指数(IHT)呈弱负相关(不显著)。2.高温使碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、血清蛋白质和血浆三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)显著下降;使谷草转氨酶(GOT)和肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)显著升高;对乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血糖(GLU)和胆固醇(CHOL)影响不明显。3.HSST与GLU、CHOL、T3和ALB相关较显著,与其它生理生化指标相关不显著,GLU、CHOL、和ALB为初选耐热指标。he effect of environmental temperature(ET) on serum glucose(GLU),cholesterol(CHOL),total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),globulin(GLOB),glutamicpyruvic transminase(GPT),glutamicoxaloacetic transaminase(GOT),creatine phosphokinase(CPK),lactic dehydrogenase(LDH),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),and plasma triiodthyronine(T3),etcblood indexs in Jing Bai growers were studied in this experimentThe relationship between heat stress survival time(HSST) and index of heat tolerance(IHT),with blood indexs were analysizedThe possibility of above mentioned indexs as thermotolerant index was researched1The linear regression coefficent of BT to ET was 0076HSST negatively related to IHT(no significant)2When fowls were exposed to high temperature,marked decrease of activities of serum ALP,GPT,concentration of serum proteins and plasma T3,and marked increase of activities of GPT and CPK were observed,but the effect of temperature on activities of LDH,GLU and CHOL was not significant3Significant relation of HSST with GLU,CHOL,ALB and T3 was obtained(with T3 was negative,with the others was positive)GLU,CHOL and ALB were selected to be preliminary indexs of thermotolerance
