摘  要:副产煤气是钢铁工业宝贵的二次能源,其充分利用是企业节能减排的首选。宝钢结合投产后多年的生产运行管理实践、现有条件和技术水平,形成了煤气回收与使用、系统监控与调节、经济运行与决策的技术路线。通过技术开发与集成,取得了一系列成果,如建立现代化的能源中心、创立转炉煤气双柜运行系统、建成燃用高炉煤气的CCPP机组、开发能源管理数据仓库等,使副产煤气综合利用水平居国内领先并达到国际先进,节能减排效益显著。By-product gases are valuable secondary energy in the iron and steel industry. Making full use of this energy is the first choice for an enterprise to push its energy-saving and emissionreduction program. Combining the experience in production and management in the past years with the existing conditions and technologies, Baosteel has formed its own technical methods for recycling gases, systematic monitoring and control, economic operation and decision. A series of achievements have been made by means of technological development and integration, such as establishing a modem energy center, creating a mode of double LDG holder operation, building CCPP to consume BFG, developing data warehouse of energy management, etc. The comprehensive application of byproduct gases in Baosteel has reached the world class and has made noticeable achievements in energy-saving and emission-reduction.
