摘 要:主要研究圆孔型作为中间孔轧制方坯时的工艺变形特点,通过圆坯在菱形孔以及菱形轧件在后续方孔中变形规律的仿真分析,并对比方坯在菱形孔的变形特征,认为通过合适的轧制压下分配,利用圆孔作为中间孔轧制方坯在工艺上完全可行,完全可以轧制出满足尺寸要求的方坯成品。这种工艺配置不仅可以有效提高多坯型轧制时的孔型共用性,减少轧辊待机量,而且与常规菱方孔型轧制方坯的工艺相比,新工艺在改善成品角部质量,减少轧辊应力集中,减少轧件鱼尾变形量等方面具有明显的效果。Deformation characteristics when using a round pass as the process pass to roll square billets were studied. With the simulation analysis of the deformation of round billets in the diamond pass, and deformation of diamond billets in the subsequent square pass, and comparison of the deformation characteristics of square billets in the diamond pass, the author believes, with proper pass reduction, it is workable to use a round pass to produce square billets with desired dimensional tolerance. This rolling process provides higher utilization of grooves on the roll when different types of finished billets are to be rolled. It will enhance the rolling efficiency and better comer quality on finished square billets. It will also reduce the fish-tail length and stress concentration on the roll obviously.
