摘  要:介绍了我国第一台13 MN液压式径锻机及其在国内首次研制出的中等规格系列GH4169合金10级左右晶粒细晶棒材的组织与性能。与传统的自由锻锤、快锻技术相比,径锻工艺生产的GH4169合金棒材在心部区域晶粒显著细化的同时,边缘冷变形组织也得以显著改善;不同部位晶粒度、δ相的差异大幅度缩小,因而棒材各部位,尤其是近表面具有更良好的综合性能;工艺更稳定可控,棒材的平直度和表面质量也有明显改善,因而产品质量更稳定,成材率也有较大幅度的提高。The first domestic 13 MN hydraulic radial forging machine and the microstructures and properties of GH4169 alloy bars with grain fineness 10 (middle grade series) produced on this machine are introduced. Compared with the traditional free forging hammer or quick forging press processes, GH4169 alloy bars produced with this radial forging technology tends to get super-finer grains at the center and its cold deformed microstructures at the edge are greatly improved. As the grain size in different parts of the alloy bar and the difference of its 8-phase are greatly diminished, the bar has better comprehensive performance, especially its part close to the surface. As the process is more stable and controllable and the bar' s flatness and surface quality have been improved obviously, its yield has been raised by a big margin.
