摘 要:尾部抛钢是一个快速复杂的过程,从带钢尾部众多影响因素中,找到了改善方法,分析出依轧机本身轧制力偏差自动调平的可行性,并开发了尾部轧辊自动调平功能及相关模型。控制模型从研究两侧轧制力偏差入手,出发点是根据在精轧机抛钢的一瞬间,判断带钢的"游动"趋向,对轧辊辊缝进行自动调平处理。2 050 mm热轧产线上开发及运用依轧制力自动调平取得成功,在<2.0 mm薄板产量大幅增加情况下,轧破事故辊发生量减少了50%。The strip tailing-out is a fast and complicated process. Methods for further improvement have been discovered from many influential factors at the strip tail. The feasibility of the automatic adjustment of the rolling force bias was analyzed and the automatic adjustment function for the roll at the tail part and the corresponding model were developed. The control model was designed to start its investigation on the rolling force bias on both sides. It judges the strip' s movement dirction based on the moment of the finishing mill' s tailing-out, and then automatically adjust its roll gaps. A success has been made in the development and application of the rolling force adjustment on the 2 050 mm hot rolling line. With a great increase in production of steel sheet ( 〈 2.0 mm in thickness) , the roll accidents dropped by 50%.
