摘　　要：目的:探讨应用超声CDFI在诊断小儿完全性肺静脉异位引流(TAPVC)的价值。方法:应用超声CDFI诊断的37例小儿TAPVC与手术结果进行对比分析。结果:37例患者中心内型肺静脉异位引流18例,心上型12例,心下型7例。超声CDFI对小儿TAPVC诊断的正确率100%。结论:应用超声CDFI可以正确地诊断小儿TAPVC。Objective：To evaluate the diagnostic value for total anomalous pulmonary venous connection （TAPVC） by color Doppler flow imaging（CDFI）. Methods：A retrospective echocardiography review of 37 patients with TAPVC confirmed by the findings of surgical operation. Results： Of the 37 patients, eigteen patients had cardiac drainage, twelve had supracardiae drainage, and seven had infracardiac drainage. All patients （100%） were diagnosed correctly by CDFI. Conclusion： TAPVC could be diagnosed accurately by color Doppler flow imaging.
