摘  要:针对某异型管板蒸发器无设计标准可依,工程设计中管板较厚的问题,对该蒸发器管板的稳态温度场、机械场和热应力场进行三维有限元分析。分析结果表明,温度对蒸发器异型管板的应力强度影响较大,对现有管板工程设计进行优化。Because of lacking design standard of shaped-tube sheet for evaporator, the thickness of the tube-sheet is thicker in engineering design. For the sake of getting reasonable thickness, the steady-state temperature field, mechanical field and thermal stress field of the series of the evapo- rator tube-sheets were processed by finite element analysis. So it can be seen that the influence of the temperature on tube-sheet is obvious, engi- neering design of the tube-sheet was conservative and the tube sheet can be optimized. All the results have laid the foundation for the tube-sheet design method.
