摘　　要：在针织大圆机上对经编面料进行仿制,以一款经编网眼布和一款经编网孔布为例,说明了仿制的方法,并介绍了原经编面料以及仿制后的纬编面料的生产工艺,包括设备参数、原料、经编穿纱方式、纬编织针和三角排列等。与原经编面料相比,仿制的纬编面料外观相似,且生产更加方便、快捷。In this paper,the imitated warp knitted fabric is produced on the large diameter circular weft knitting machine,and one kind of warp knitted net fabric and one kind of warp knitted filet opening stitch are prepared. This paper explains the knitting methods,and introduces the knitting technology of the real warp knitted fabrics and the imitated weft knitted fabrics including the device parameters,raw materials,the warp threading ways,the arrangement of the needles and cams in the weft knitting. Compared to the real warp knitted fabrics,the imitated weft knitted fabrics bear similar appearances and the knitting process is much easier and faster .
