锦纶空气变形丝的经编可编织性探讨

摘  要:对锦纶空气变形丝(ATY)的表面形态进行了介绍,并测试了其断裂伸长率和断裂强度,将测试数据与棉纱、涤纶进行比较,表明锦纶ATY能够满足经编生产要求。对锦纶ATY进行多种组织的试织试验,包括经平、经绒、双经平、弹力双经平等,对试验结果进行分析,发现影响织造的因素包括:纱线张力、原料、组织结构、成圈机件等。This paper introduces the surface morphology of the air textured yarn(ATY) of nylon,measures its breaking elongation and breaking tenacity,and compares the experimental data with those of cotton yarn and polyester yarn. The research results show that the air textured yarn(ATY) of nylon can meet the requirements of warp knitting production. In addition,using the air textured yarn(ATY) of nylon,a few kinds of stitches are knitted in this paper including tricot,cord stitch,double tricot and elastic double tricot. Based on the analysis of the experimental results,it is found that the factors that influence the warp knitting process include yarn tension,raw material,patterns and the looping elements .
