摘 要:通过研究纳米TiO2复合粉体的光催化自清洁特性,对复合纳米粉体进行有效分散,开发研制出一种纳米自清洁整理剂,并结合和分析羊绒纤维和羊绒针织品的特殊性质,对羊绒针织品进行纳米自清洁整理工艺,开发出实用的具有光催化自清洁功能的羊绒针织品。测试和分析了该纳米自清洁羊绒针织品的自清洁性能和顶破强力、悬垂性、透气性等服用性能。得出该纳米自清洁羊绒针织品对于有机油污具有良好的自清洁效果,一般情况下,经过不同纳米TiO2复合粉体含量的整理剂整理的羊绒针织品,在1~2天内就可以将其上的有机油污完全分解自洁,同时保持织物原有的风格和性能。Based on the study of the photocatalyzed self-cleaning property of the nano TiO2 composite powder,this paper effectively disperses the composite powder and develops one kind of nano self-cleaning finishing agent. According to the special properties of the cashmere fiber and its knitted products,this paper studies the nano self-cleaning finishing technology and develops successfully the photocatalyzed self-cleaning cashmere knitted products. In addition,this paper measures and analyzes the self-cleaning property,bursting strength,drapability and air permeability of the nano self-cleaning cashmere knitted products. The experimental results show that the developed nano self-cleaning cashmere knitted products bear good resistance to the organic oil stains,and they can decompose the oil stains within one or two days and keep the original style and property unchanged .
