摘 要:利用铁矿提取有用成分后的尾矿和随处可见的炉渣为骨料研制建筑墙体材料小型空心砌块.经过试验,确定了铁尾矿、炉渣的最佳配合比,对成型后的空心砌块进行力学性能、保温隔热性能的测试.结果表明,铁尾矿掺量达30%~40%、炉渣10%~20%(均为重量比).砌块的有关性能均达到国家标准.保温隔热性能明显优于普通混凝土小型空心砌块.可以产生明显的社会效益和经济效益.In this research, iron tailings as well as slag are used as aggregate to make hollow blocks for construction. The optimum mixing ratio is determined through tests. The mechanical properties and heat preservation insulation properties of the hollow blocks are then examined. It is shown through the results that the optimum ratio of the iron tailings is 30% - 40% , and 10% - 20% for slag ( all - to - weight ratio). The insulation performance of the hollow blocks is proved to be better than that of an ordinary small concrete hollow block, which may generate significant social and economic benefits.
