摘 要:采用MSBR法小型试验系统对城市生活污水进行了处理.研究了该系统序批池的搅拌时间、曝气时间、预沉时间等因素对处理效果的影响.结果表明:曝气量只有1.5m3/h的情况下出水COD和BOD5平均去除率仍能达到80%和81%,在最佳运行条件情况下,COD去除率达94.9%;确定该工艺小型试验系统的最佳运行工艺参数为:总反应时间80min,其中搅拌20min,曝气40min,预沉20min,曝气量取2.0m3/h.The municipal sewage is treated by small - scale test system of MSBR ( Modified Sequencing Batch Reactor) process. In this small - scale test system, the influencing factors such as churning time, aeration time and ready precipitation time of SBR ( Sequencing Batch Reactor) are researched. It is indicated through the resuits that the removal efficiency of COD and BOD5 of sewage can reach above 80% and 81% respectively when the amount of aeration is 1.5 m^3/h. The removal efficiency of COD reaches 94.9% under the best technological condition. The best technological parameters of this small - scale test system of MSBR process are made clear: reaction time is 80min, 20min churning time, 40min aeration time, 20min ready precipitation time and 2.0m^3/h aeration rate.
