摘  要:以氧化铝为主要原料、采用孔板挤压成型,用浸渍法、负载活性金属来制备DZAs-2重整预加氢脱砷剂。在小型加氢装置上分别以常顶油和催化重整油为原料,生成油的砷含量皆小于0.001μg/g,脱砷率大于99%,脱砷效果良好,能够满足重整预脱砷≤0.001μg/g的技术指标要求。With the aluminum oxide as the main raw material,using the orifice plate for extrusion molding,the DZAs -2 reforming pre-hydrogenation dearsenization agent was made from load activated metal using impregnation method.The atmospheric tower top oil and the catalytic reformate were separately used as raw materials in the small-scale hydrogenation unit,the arson content in the generated oil is≤0.001 μg/g,the dearsenization rate is 99%,the dearsenization result is good and can meet the technical specification of reforming predearsenization result of ≤0.001 μg/g.
