摘　　要：针对湖北省大峪口化工有限责任公司水质的特点,通过多次的静态阻垢和腐蚀实验,筛选出适合该水质的新型有机高效阻垢缓蚀剂,并对其进行一个月的现场试运行,结果表明,该药剂具有良好的缓蚀阻垢性能。之后1 a的现场运行结果显示,采用该药剂后,系统运行稳定,水质情况良好,药剂缓蚀阻垢性能达到要求。Aiming at the characteristics of the water quality of Dayukou Chemical Co., Ltd. of Hubei Province, a new-type of highly effective organic scale and corrosion inhibitor has been chosen through static anti-scale and corrosion experiments for many times. After the trial has been run in that company for a month, not only good effect is achieved on both scale and corrosion inhibitions, but also the economic benefit is satisfying. Followed by an one-year＇s tracing observation for the application of this product on the spot, it is found that the running of the system is stable, the water condition is good, and the anti-scale and corrosion inhibition performances of the product are excellent.
