摘　　要：介绍了基于内容的三维模型检索的概念和框架以及对检索算法的基本要求,并依据对模型内容的形状特征提取和处理方法,将目前基于内容的三维模型检索算法进行分类介绍并分析其优点和局限性。论述了基于内容的三维模型检索技术在CAD/CAM中多方面的应用,指出适用于三维CAD模型的检索技术存在的问题及进一步发展的方向。This paper introduced the concepts and system framework of content-based 3D model retrieval and the basic requirements of retrieval algorithms. According to the methods of extracting and processing the shape features of the 3D models, we classified the algorithms of content-based 3D model retrieval and discussed their advantages and limitations. Finally, we studied the application of content-based 3D model retrieval in CAD/CAM, and the challenges and prospects of content-based 3D model retrieval in its application to CAD/CAM are presented.
