摘  要:为了提高煤粉磁选脱硫降灰效率,应用振动样品磁强计对北宿煤的磁性进行了研究,考察了密度组成、粒度组成对其比磁化率的影响,研究表明:小于1.6 g/cm3各密度级和大于1.6 g/cm3各密度级煤比磁化率符号相反;粒度越小,煤的逆磁性越弱;采用X100-10型永磁振动高梯度磁选机进行了煤粉的磁选试验,脱硫率和脱灰率最高分别达到了55.52%和64.41%,磁选试验脱灰效果明显.In order to enhance the desulphurization and de - asbing efficiency of magnetic separation in fine coal, by using vibration sample magnetometer, the magnetism of Beisu coal is studied. The influence of density composition, the size composition and the magnetic field strength to its magnetic susceptibility, is invertigted. The results indicated: the magnetic susceptibility of smaller than the 1.6 g/cm^3various densities level and bigger than 1.6 g/cm^3 various densities level coal to be opposite. The granularity is smaller, the coal diamagnetism is worse, and the influence of magnetic intensity is not big to the coal. By using the X100 - 10 permanent magnetism to vibrate the high gradient magnetic ore separator to carry on the magnetic separation experiment, the percentage of desulphurization and the de - ashing rate achieves 55. 52% and 64.41% , which the effect of de - ashing was obvious.
