摘　　要：对再生混凝土条板的物理力学性能进行了测试和试验分析,证明再生混凝土条板的物理力学性能均能满足国家规范的相关要求;将再生混凝土条板用于南通某小区实际工程,经过3年的使用观察,条板的使用情况良好。two issues are mainly covered in this paper, there are the experiments and tests on the physical and mechanica properties of recycled aggregate concrete （RAC） board, it can be concluded that these properties of RAC board meet the requirements of current national codes and regulations; the RAC boards produced by Shanghai Qixiu Technical Corp. have been adopted in an actual project, Nantong Yihe Garden No.13 and No. 14 buildings. After the observation for one year, everything goes well.
