摘　　要：目的对传染病医院各类环境、医务人员手卫生和消毒灭菌措施的消毒质量进行监测,并结合同期医院感染情况进行分析。方法于1999—2008年定期对传染病医院各类环境、医护人员手部、消毒物品、灭菌物品、压力蒸气灭菌器、环氧乙烷灭菌器、紫外线消毒灯等进行现场采样和监测,并统计同期院内感染情况并进行合理分析。结果10年内医院各类监测平均合格率为92.59%,各类消毒监测合格率呈逐年上升趋势,而同期院内感染率逐年下降。结论传染病医院消毒质量直接影响院内感染情况,我院院内感染得到基本控制。Objective To monitor the quality of disinfection of various types of environment, hand hygiene of medical staffs and sterilization measures, and analyze the situation of nosocomial infections in the same period in infectious diseases hospital. Methods Field sampling and monitoring of various types of environment, hands of medical staffs, disinfection supplies, sterilization supplies, pressure steam sterilizers, ethylene oxide sterilizers and ultraviolet radiation disinfection lights were made regularly during 1999--2008, and the situation of nosocomial infections in the same period was analyzed. Results The average qualification rate of various types of monitoring during 10 years was 92.47%. The qualification rates of various types of disinfection monitoring increased year by year,while the number of nosocomial infections decreased. Conclusion The quality of disinfection has a direct impact on the situation of nosocomial infections in infectious diseases hospital. Nosocomial infections in our hospital have been basically controlled.
