摘 要:目的探讨肝脏镰状韧带附着处假病灶是否由于局灶性脂肪沉积所致。材料与方法回顾性分析23例MR动态增强图像上观察到肝脏镰状韧带附着处假病灶同相位和反相位信号变化来确定有无脂肪沉积。结果23例患者中反相位图像上4例(17.4%)可观察到镰状韧带附着处肝实质信号降低,其余19例(82.6%)均未观察到信号变化。结论肝镰状韧带附着处假病灶仅少部分是由于局灶性脂肪沉积所致,而大部分是由于其他原因导致。Objective To investigate whether pseudolesions adjacent to the falciform ligament of liver are caused by focal fatty infiltration using chemical shift MR imaging. Methods 23 patients with geographic low signal adjacent to the falciform ligament on dynamic contrast enhanced MR images were enrolled in this study. Signal intensity changes of these pseudolesions on in-phase and out-phase images were retrospectively analyzed to determine whether there was fatty infiltration. Results Signal intensity decline on out-phase images comparing to in-phase images was observed in 4 patients of the 23 patients(17.4%), no signal changes were detected in the remaining 19 patients (82.6 %). Conclusion Only small portions of pseudolesions adjacent to the falciform ligament of liver are resulted from focal fatty infiltration ,while majority may be caused by other reasons.
